Product Overview

Full Flow ball valve (1/2”), is a full-bore gas ball valve gas approved to EN331, designed for safe and reliable on/off control in gas piping systems. The valve body is manufactured from nickel-plated brass, with PTFE seals and a steel lever handle  for quick, robust quarter-turn operation and clear visual position indication. Its full-flow (full-bore) design matches the internal bore to the pipe’s inner diameter, minimizing flow restriction and pressure drop — critical for consistent gas delivery. Connections are female/female BSPP threads, and the valve has a maximum gas working pressure of 5 bar, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. The nickel-plated brass construction offers strong corrosion resistance and long-term durability, making a dependable choice for both residential and commercial gas line installations.
