Product Overview

The Ecoflam Flexible Oil Pipe is a fuel supply line used to connect the oil tank to the burner’s oil pump, designed for light oil (diesel/kerosene-type) burner installations such as those in Ecoflam’s residential and commercial oil burner range. Flexible oil pipes are used instead of rigid piping at the burner connection point to absorb vibration from the pump and fan motor, simplify installation and servicing, and allow for slight misalignment between the tank line and the burner inlet. These pipes are typically constructed with an oil-resistant inner core reinforced by a braided outer layer (often steel or synthetic braid), giving them the flexibility needed for tight mechanical connections while maintaining resistance to the pressure and chemical properties of fuel oil. They’re generally fitted with threaded end connectors sized to match standard burner pump inlet/outlet ports, and are used in pairs on two-pipe systems — one for suction (feed) and one for return — consistent with the two-pipe oil supply configuration used on Ecoflam burners as the factory-default setup.
