Plan Details: • 6 services per year (once every 2 months), at ₹799 per service • Total AMC value: ₹4,794/year + 18% GST ~ ₹5657 • Each visit includes the complete standard burner service blast tube & diffuser cleaning, electrode & nozzle polishing, ignition cable and lug replacement, impeller fan & outer cover cleaning, and motor capacitor check (for more detail check long description of standard burner service) Terms & Conditions: 1. The AMC covers 6 scheduled services per year, carried out once every 2 months, within Mumbai city limits. 2. Each service visit is charged at ₹799, covering standard cleaning, polishing, and inspection work only, as per the standard burner service. 3. Spare parts replacement, repair, or damaged parts are NOT included in the AMC. Any spare parts found damaged or requiring replacement (transformer, solenoid valve, motor, electrodes, nozzle, etc.) will be charged separately based on actual cost, and only carried out with the customer’s prior approval. 4. Traveling/transport charges for the service person are NOT included in the AMC charge, even for visits within Mumbai. These will be charged additionally for every visit. 5. For locations outside Mumbai, both service and traveling charges will vary based on distance and location and will be quoted separately. 6. Service visits will be scheduled as per the agreed AMC calendar; rescheduling requests must be communicated in advance. 7. Advance confirmation of location is required to determine applicable traveling charges. 8. Emergency call-outs will receive a prioritized response within 24 hours, irrespective of the scheduled AMC service date, ensuring urgent issues are addressed promptly. 9. Emergency call-out visits are not included in the 6 scheduled AMC services and will be charged separately, in addition to the regular AMC service count and charges.
